Dawn (Chelle) Davidson has been Bursar at Tulsa Community College since 2010, leading multi-campus operations. She’s driven initiatives in collections, non-payment policies, enrollment planning, and student communications. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Leigh Jackson
Bursar at University of Cincinnati 
President of the Ohio Bursars Association (OBA)


Leigh has served the University of Cincinnati since 2004 in Financial Aid and Student Accounts, becoming Bursar in 2019. He holds NASFAA certifications and a master’s in Philosophy from UC. A proud Bearcat and OBA President, Leigh champions student finance transparency and compliance.

Virgil Lloyd
AVP, Meadow

Virgil has 27+ years of experience in higher ed payments and publishing, with roles at McGraw Hill, Nelnet, and now Meadow as AVP of Sales. Virgil supports higher education institutions with billing, e-commerce, and campus commerce solutions, drawing on decades of experience in the field. He lives in Park Ridge, Illinois with his five children and enjoys cheering on his 11- and 12-year-old daughters at their travel soccer and softball games.
